It is the responsibility of all participants to make their way to the tour’s start point and from tour finish point unless advised otherwise.
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures includes high-quality accommodation for all tours where possible.
It is required that all participants are in good health before and while on tour.
If you have any medical problems, you must inform us before the commencement of the tour.
It must be understood that One Of A Kind Photography Adventures and our staff are not medical personnel and have no expertise in this area as medical Doctors. The tour vehicle carries a basic first aid kit for minor injuries only. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures accepts no responsibility for medications or lack of access to medicines. We suggest before leaving if you have any health problems or concerns you consult your physician for any advice regarding any medication/care needed while on tour. If you have any life-threatening conditions such as anaphylaxis, we suggest you bring along a partner/carer who is well informed of your condition and knows what to do in the event of an emergency. Other participants on tour accept no responsibility regarding the provision of medical care. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures accepts no responsibility or liability regarding the provision of medical care.
We recommended that you have the appropriate insurance for his tours.
Health Insurance, Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance, Emergency Medical Expense Coverage, Trip Cancellation Insurance, Life Insurance, Baggage Loss and Delay Reimbursement and Equipment Insurance.
Your tour fee includes tuition, modern transport, appropriate number of nights accommodation (see website or contact us), parks passes and ferry transport.
Your tour fee does not include airfares, airport taxes, privately solicited transport to and from tour start and end points, or personal items. Also not included are insurances needed for the tour, travel accident, travel delay, baggage delay or theft (we recommend you organise the appropriate coverage well before coming on tour), medical or hospitalisation costs.
To book a place on One Of A Kind Photography Adventures you need to pay the fee in full at the time of booking or at the very least a deposit fee. The deposit will secure your place on tour and is nonrefundable should you choose to cancel for any reason. The remaining balance of the cost is due 3 calendar months before the scheduled start date of the tour.
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour before the date due to a low number of participants or personal illness. In the event of a low number of participants or illness all One Of A Kind Photography Adventures fees and deposits will be refunded in full or may be transferred to another tour within 12 months of the previously booked tour.
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour/s for any reason. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, One Of A Kind Photography Adventures fees will be promptly refunded. This refund will be the limit of One Of A Kind Photography Adventures liability. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not responsible for any issues, expenses or damages which may occur as a result of cancellation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF ONE OF A KIND PHOTOGRAPHY ADVENTURES
This section defines our responsibility with respect to all of our tours, please read it carefully:
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses of whatever cause or nature, including those resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft or criminal activity of any kind, government regulations, or any other occurrences over which there is no control.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONE OF A KIND PHOTOGRAPHY ADVENTURES HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CHARACTERISED.
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to substitute hotels, workshop facilities, and to alter the itinerary when deemed necessary or advisable. The right is also reserved to cancel any tour or workshop before the start date of the refund of all payments received, which shall release One Of A Kind Photography Adventures from further liability. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the tour or workshop (i.e. non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any member of any trip should such person’s actions impede the operation of the trip or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other members of the trip, and it is agreed that no refunds will be given in such circumstances.
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures strives to provide a safe environment for all participants to learn and photograph in. There are always risks associated with travel, One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness or death as a result of tour/workshop participation.
